No experience is needed! Our Intro/Beginner class is perfect for first-timers. We’ll guide you through everything so you feel comfortable and confident.
All classes are 1 hour long and combine cardio, resistance training, and fun bungee movement. You’ll get a full-body workout while enjoying the feeling of flying!
Single classes are $35. We also offer monthly memberships for those who want to come more often and save money.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled class are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Yes, all participants must complete a waiver before attending. This will be sent to you electronically after booking, so you can fill it out ahead of time—no need to print anything.
Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move in. Athletic leggings or shorts and a fitted top are recommended. Clean athletic shoes are required, and we’ll provide the harness and equipment—just show up ready to have fun!
